- SCP81 (HTTP), operator GUI and extra bearers are project work, not the shipped baseline
- The Golan Telecom → Cellcom ~2 million subscriber migration is a services case study (OTA campaign + on-card applet; over 95% success)

## eSIM (architecture consulting — not profile download)

- SGP.22: consumer; device LPA; usually the downloadable profile (often QR)
- SGP.02: M2M / IoT; operator SM-SR
- SGP.32: IoT; IPA on card controlled by eIM; more standardised switching (activation code / QR); not SMS-only
- Profiles (SGP.22 vs SGP.32 profile) are similar; chip OS differs — an SGP.22 QR can often download onto an SGP.32 chip (confirm with vendor)
- After a profile is active, day-to-day OTA is SCP80 / SCP81, RFM, RAM (MoreOTA’s layer)
